I've been banned / disabled what do I do?

If you have been unfairly banned or disabled then create a thread in the ban section of the forum. If you feel the can was fair then wait out the ban or disable until the date specifies.

I've forgotten my account password ingame.

If you have lost your password please PM [..MonTaNa..] on the forum with a new password to your account and your account name.

I saw a player not following the rules / I saw an admin abusing their power, what shall I do?

To report a player or an abusive admin please use the report section within this forum, following the format set out in the stickied thread.

I have found a bug within the server.

All bugs must be reported on the forum by using the formatted sticky, if you're found abusing a bug you will be punished.

My account statistics have gone, how do I get them back?
